the weekend started off with some family over....although really having "family over" really only includes 3 additional people to the house, since everyone else was already staying at my parents house (me, little miss, josh, amy, mack, fashion princess, dorrie, and mom and dad). so saturday we played in the lake, played with the cousins, and amy and i read a few books. grandma bought the 2 little ones matching swimsuits....its took uncle jt to get them to pose for us :)
sunday we had a big get together with lots of old friends, one of them i had not seen in over 15 years. it was a nice day for a cook out, and just like the year before, it waited until dinner time to start raining. so all of the picnic tables that we cleaned and set up didnt get used again this year :) then out came the beer pong table, and since it was still raining, we had it inside. it was pretty funny to watch and a great time was had by all....not sure where my camera was for this whole day....but i dont really have any pictures. oh well, guess there's next year :)
memorial day was another day of relaxing and reading and laying in the sun, playing in the hot water of the lake and just doing nothing. yep, a good day.
